Leadership Journey
THE 4DL LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
Annually, 4DL invites educators at all levels to join us on a Leadership Journey, an opportunity to immerse ourselves in peoples and cultures far and wide with a focus on touring educational systems across the US and beyond.
We have visited schools and education ministries as far as India, and as nearby as the United Kingdom.
This journey is more than a travel experience; its design is driven by these key objectives:
- To examine how global stakeholders address challenges in delivering high-quality educational opportunities
- To provide a first-hand immersive experience for educators and their peers across roles and sectors in another geography.
- To provide opportunities for long-lasting collaboration among educators across cultures
