4DL’s Facilitator Training Institute (FTI) seeks to support the learning and development of organizational leaders and decision makers along their journey toward designing and deploying complex discourse toward a set of outcomes aligned with the organization’s central vision. FTI equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and resources to captivate colleagues, peers, managers, direct reports, and external partners in ways that lead to the implementation of real-time structural change activities.
